Premier Inn in Harlow is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen. You’ll help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests across breakfast and dinner service, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.

The role involves collaboration with hotel teams and a fast pace, especially during peak times. No prior hotel experience is required; we’ll teach you the rest and provide ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and store stock correctly.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
