Job summary

Slug & Lettuce in Manchester is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen. You will support food preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and assist with stock when required. This role offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment within a popular pub group.

Qualifications

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
