Job summary

Premier Inn Sheffield City Centre (Angel St) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member on a permanent basis. You will prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals for breakfast and dinner, and help keep the kitchen tidy while supporting service during busy periods.

This role offers 24 contracted hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour, including evenings and weekends. Prior hotel experience isn't required; you'll be trained and welcomed into a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Permanent contract with guaranteed hours.
• Able to work 24 contracted hours per week.
• No hotel experience required; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
