Job summary

Premier Inn in Rotherham is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay. You’ll assist with breakfast prep, dinner service and keeping the kitchen clean and well-stocked, contributing to a smooth service with the hotel team.

No hotel experience is required; we welcome those from supermarkets, cafés and other hospitality roles who are willing to learn. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
