Job summary

Premier Inn in Swanley is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast and dinner services. You’ll help prepare ingredients, cook meals and plate dishes, while keeping the kitchen clean and organised for peak periods.

This permanent role offers guaranteed hours and no zero-hours contracts, with evenings and weekends part of the shift pattern. Training and team support are provided to help you grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No prior hotel or kitchen experience required; willingness to learn.
• Reliable, enjoys teamwork and can stay calm during busy periods.
• Permanent contract with guaranteed hours; no zero-hours contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
