Job summary

Premier Inn in Perth City Centre is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests during breakfast and dinner service. You’ll be part of a busy kitchen team and play a key role in delivering quality meals to guests.

No hotel experience is required; applicants from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, or restaurants are welcome. You’ll learn kitchen skills, food safety and how to work effectively with the hotel team as you grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
