Job summary

Premier Inn in Herne Bay (Kent) is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests. You’ll join a busy kitchen, support breakfast and dinner service, and work as part of a friendly hotel team.

No hotel experience is required; we’ll train you. If you’re reliable, enjoy teamwork and don’t mind busy shifts, this role offers permanent hours, guaranteed shifts and the chance to develop kitchen skills and food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking presentable.
