Premier Inn in Glastonbury is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You’ll work as part of a team, with duties including breakfast prep, plating, keeping the kitchen clean, receiving deliveries, and coordinating with hotel staff to ensure smooth service.

This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours and no zero-hours contracts. No prior hotel experience required; we’ll train you and support your development.

Qualifications

• Be reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.
• No hotel experience required; willingness to learn.
• Able to work evenings and weekends and stay calm during busy periods.
• Take pride in doing things properly and delivering good meals.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock in its place.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
