Job summary

Premier Inn in Gloucester (Longford) is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay. You’ll be part of a busy kitchen, with shifts including evenings and weekends, and you’ll learn food safety and teamwork from day one.

• Reliable and able to work in a busy kitchen.
• Good teamwork and communication.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
