Job summary

Premier Inn in Stirling South is seeking a Kitchen Team Member on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll work about 20 hours a week, with shifts including evenings and weekends, and earn up to £13.06 per hour.

You’ll prepare ingredients, cook breakfast and dinner, keep the kitchen clean and organised, receive deliveries, and work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service. No hotel experience needed; we’ll teach you the rest.

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
