Job summary

Premier Inn in Stirling is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for the Stirling South location. This role is 30 hours per week, permanent contract, with pay up to £13.06 per hour.

You will prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service, keep the kitchen clean, handle deliveries, and work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service. No hotel experience required; we’ve welcomed colleagues from supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, and we’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
