Job summary

Premier Inn in Glasgow City Centre (St Enoch Square) is seeking a Kitchen Team Member. You’ll prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner, and work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.

This fixed term contract runs until January 2027, with 30 contracted hours per week. The role offers pay up to £13.06 per hour and a range of staff benefits. Training and support are provided to help you grow with Premier Inn.

• No hotel experience required.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
