Job summary

Whitbread PLC in Margate is hiring a Kitchen Team Member at the Premier Inn. You will help prepare, cook and plate meals for breakfast and dinner service, and keep the kitchen clean and organized so it runs smoothly.

You’ll work 18 contracted hours per week at a rate up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No prior hotel experience is required, as training and a permanent contract with guaranteed hours are provided.

Qualifications

• No previous kitchen experience required.
• Reliable and able to work in a busy environment.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock locations.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking presentable.
