Job summary

Premier Inn in Washington, Tyne & Wear is looking for a Kitchen Team Member. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests, with shifts that include evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

No hotel experience is required; you’ll learn on the job while working as part of a team. You’ll have 30 contracted hours per week under a permanent contract with guaranteed hours and additional staff benefits. This role is on site at Emerson Road, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
