Job summary

Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare East is hiring a Kitchen Team Member on a permanent basis. You’ll work 25 contracted hours per week and earn up to £13.06 per hour, preparing, cooking and plating meals for guests during breakfast and dinner services.

You'll join a team that values efficiency and teamwork; no hotel experience is required, and training will be provided to help you grow. This role includes evenings and busy guest periods.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service welcome.
• Willing to learn; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
