Job summary

Premier Inn Swansea Waterfront is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member on a permanent contract, 20 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour. You will help prepare, cook and plate meals for breakfast and dinner, and assist in keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

No hotel experience is required; training is provided. You will join a busy team with evenings and weekend shifts and have opportunities to learn kitchen skills and progress within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Reliable and enjoys working in a team.
• Able to work in busy shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
