Job summary

Premier Inn Harwich is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay. You’ll work on breakfast and dinner service, ensuring meals are plated nicely and the kitchen runs smoothly.

There’s no requirement for hotel experience; we’ll train you. This role offers fixed-term contract hours at Harwich with multi-site cover possible, and shifts including evenings and weekends to suit busy periods.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience; training will be provided.
• You might have worked as a Catering Assistant, Barista, Kitchen Porter, Retail Assistant, Warehouse Operator.
• What matters most is that you're reliable and enjoy working with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
