Job summary

Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for Portishead. You’ll support breakfast and dinner services, preparing ingredients, cooking and presenting meals for guests.

You’ll join a busy hotel kitchen, working as part of a team, with evenings and weekend shifts. No previous hotel experience required—training is provided and you’ll gain kitchen skills, food safety knowledge and confidence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• This role does not require hotel experience.
• Training will be provided to learn the rest of the duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
