Stonegate Group is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member for the Carlton pub, offering a stepping stone into a busy hospitality kitchen. You will assist with orders, stock, and hygiene while contributing to high-quality dishes for guests.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily and adapt to the kitchen environment.
• Able to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene.
• Experience or ability to maintain kitchen equipment and keep area clean.

Responsibilities

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
