Job summary

Barley Mow in Warrington is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen. You’ll help with food prep, stock checks, and maintaining hygiene standards while supporting the Head Chef and the team.

This role offers a friendly pub environment with opportunities to learn, develop skills, and contribute ideas to improve kitchen performance. Flexible working and staff discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and customer service.

• The experience to maintain kitchen equipment

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
