Job summary

Whitbread PLC, operating Premier Inn in Cardiff, is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to prepare, cook and plate meals for guests during breakfast and dinner service. You’ll be part of a team that keeps the kitchen organised, handles deliveries and supports smooth service throughout busy periods.

Location is Cardiff City Centre, with 28 contracted hours per week and a permanent contract. The role includes evenings and weekends, offering on-site work and opportunities to learn and grow within Premier

Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required; we will teach you the rest.
• You should enjoy being part of a team and staying calm when the kitchen gets busy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and store stock properly.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
