Job summary

Premier Inn in Eastbourne Town Centre is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests, contributing to a great stay.

You’ll work breakfast and dinner shifts, handle ingredients, cooking, plating, deliveries and stock, and keep the kitchen clean and organised.

This is a fixed-term contract until 07/01/2027 with 24 contracted hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour, and no prior hotel experience is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
