Job summary

Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn in Oldham Central is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for 20 contracted hours weekly. The role pays up to £13.06 per hour and runs on a fixed-term contract until 31 January 2027. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of a busy hospitality team.

No prior hotel experience is required; you’ll be trained and supported from day one as you join a team that delivers meals guests rely on during their stay.

Qualifications

• This role does not require prior hotel experience; willingness to learn is valued.
• Open to candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants or customer service backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
