Premier Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Minehead to help prepare, cook and serve meals that contribute to guests’ stay. This role involves breakfast and dinner service, team collaboration, and ensuring meals look right before they leave the kitchen.

You’ll join a busy kitchen, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No hotel experience required; training will be provided and you’ll be part of a team delivering great meals to guests.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience but reliability and teamwork are important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
