Job summary

Premier Inn seeks a Kitchen Team Member for Stevenage North. Enjoy cooking and helping guests have a great stay. This permanent, part-time role is 20 hours per week with shifts including evenings and weekends.

You’ll prepare ingredients, cook and plate meals, keep the kitchen tidy, handle deliveries and stock, and work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service. Prior hotel experience isn’t required, just reliability and team spirit.

Qualifications

• Basic cooking and food prep skills.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep kitchen clean, organised and ready for peak times.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals look presentable before leaving the kitchen.
