Job summary

Premier Inn Portsmouth City Centre is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. This role offers up to 10 hours per week with a fixed-term contract and shifts that include evenings and weekends. You'll work as part of a team to ensure meals are prepared and presented to a high standard.

No hotel experience is required; we’ll teach you the rest. You’ll gain kitchen skills and food safety knowledge while enjoying training and support from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and manage stock
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service
• Ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking right
