Premier Inn in Portsmouth (Horndean) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member on a 25 hour per week contract, paying up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay.

You’ll work evenings including weekends, learn kitchen routines, keep the area clean, receive deliveries and stock, and work with the hotel team to ensure fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
