Job summary

Premier Inn in Southampton City Centre is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests, contributing to a smooth dining experience.

You will work 15 contracted hours per week on a fixed term contract until December 2026, with shifts including evenings and weekends at 6 Dials, New Road, Southampton. No hotel experience is required; full training will be provided and you’ll join a team that delivers meals guests rely on.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; suitable from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, or customer service
• Reliable, enjoys working with others and stays calm under pressure
• Willing to learn and develop kitchen skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised
• Receive deliveries and manage stock
• Collaborate with hotel team to ensure smooth service
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right
