Job summary

Premier Inn in Uttoxeter is hiring a Kitchen Team Member on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on for a great stay.

This role includes breakfast and dinner service, evenings and weekends, and working with the hotel team to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour for 20 contracted hours per week.

No hotel experience required—join a supportive team and start building kitchen skills with training from day one.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; applicants from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service welcome.
• Reliable and a team player who can stay calm when busy.
• First kitchen job or previous hospitality experience is fine.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
