Job summary

Stonegate Group is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member at the Griffin venue. You will support the Head Chef with orders, stock, and hygiene while preparing food and ensuring high standards in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock, and hygiene at Griffin.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes to specification for guests.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen at all times.
• Oversee deliveries to the kitchen.
• Offer ideas to improve kitchen performance.
• Work with the team to hit company targets.

Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Member

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
