Job summary

The Grapes Hotel, part of Stonegate Group, is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen. You will assist with food preparation, produce high-quality dishes, and maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen to serve our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail and hygiene are important.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene at Grapes Hotel.
• Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
