Job summary

The Pen & Wig in Cardiff is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our busy pub kitchen. You will assist with daily food preparation, help the Head Chef with stock, and ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and hygienic at all times. You’ll be part of a friendly, hands-on team delivering great meals to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.

• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen's performance.
