Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Team Member at Brasshouse to support daily kitchen operations, assist the Head Chef, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a busy pub kitchen. You will contribute to high-quality dishes and a welcoming guest experience.

The role suits someone with a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn, with responsibilities that include food prep, stock handling, and helping drive the team towards targets in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring safe, clean work areas.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and ideas to improve kitchen performance.
