Job summary

Hesketh Arms is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead the team, master the menu, and train staff to deliver great food. Join us at Vintage Inns, where a cozy pub atmosphere and traditional meals await.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub/restaurant.
• Ability to train chefs and maintain brand standards.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Help smash daily targets with your team.
