Job summary

Vintage Inns is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Longbridge Mill. You will train and inspire the Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food you can be proud of, while driving team targets and managing food ordering, prep and stock control.

You’ll champion the branded menu and ensure all health and hygiene standards are met, supporting the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead with passion for great food and people development, with opportunities for progression within this

Qualifications

• Training and leadership experience in kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
• As Kitchen Team Leader at the Longbridge Mill, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
• You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.
