Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive high standards in a busy kitchen and lead the team to deliver quality dishes with consistency.

You will role-model teamwork, manage during peak times, and ensure compliance with safety and allergen controls while supporting a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food to meet specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service to ensure smooth operations.
