Chef & Brewer, part of Greene King, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a kitchen crew in delivering consistently high-quality pub dishes. You’ll lead by example, coordinate during busy services, and uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards across the kitchen.

You’ll be a role model for the team, ensuring every plate meets our quality expectations and customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
