Qualifications

• Ability to lead a kitchen team and maintain high standards.
• Strong under-pressure performance to manage busy services.
• Clear and confident spoken and written English to ensure safety and allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food meeting specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Deputise for management and resolve issues in their absence.
• Coordinate the team during busy services to ensure smooth operation.
