Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy pub kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our exacting standards and customers’ expectations. You will lead by example, support your team, and help the service run like clockwork.

You’ll uphold hygiene and safety, deputise for the management team when needed, organise the team during busy periods, and help deliver tasty, well-presented meals every time.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy service.
