You’ll deputise for the management team, coach colleagues, uphold hygiene and allergen controls, and work with colleagues to deliver tasty, well-presented meals. English proficiency is essential for clear team communication and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Lead a kitchen team to prepare, cook and present food to specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations to guarantee team and customer safety.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Coordinate and organise the team during busy service to keep operations running smoothly.
