Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive a high-standard kitchen and support a busy service. You will lead a team, maintain hygiene, and step in for management as needed to ensure smooth operations and happy customers.

You’ll inspire the team, uphold quality, and adapt quickly to changing service demands, while maintaining allergen controls and clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team when needed.
• A passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers each and every time.
• Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards and making sure every customer receives the perfect plate.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
