Center Parcs UK & Ireland is hiring Rajinda Pradesh at Whinfell Forest for a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie. Based in Whinfell Forest, this role runs on a 2:00pm to 11:00pm shift with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period.

You will oversee daily food preparation, mentor juniors, and act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when needed, while driving cost control and reducing waste. The role offers tips, benefits and career development opportunities.

Join our Rajinda Pradesh team as a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. You'll lead and develop junior staff, maintain standards and support management in driving efficiency.

Your working hours

• Full-time contract, shifts fall between 2:00pm to 11:00pm
• -You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
