Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef at our Longleat Forest site to lead a busy kitchen, delivering exceptional food quality and guest service. You will oversee operations, manage budgets and drive a positive team culture, with shifts typically 3pm–11pm, full-time hours and a 150-hour/4-week schedule.

Joining a supportive team, you will mentor staff, maintain high hygiene standards, and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to maximise guest satisfaction.

We're looking for a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead a team and deliver exceptional food quality and service to guests. You'll oversee kitchen operations, ensure high standards, manage budgets and foster a positive team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee and coordinate all kitchen operations to company standards
• Ensure food quality, service and guest satisfaction while meeting financial targets
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety compliance

Your working hours

• Full-time, contracted 150 hours per 4-week period
