Center Parcs is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for Rajinda Pradesh at Whinfell Forest. You will oversee daily food preparation, maintain high standards, mentor junior staff, and support management to drive kitchen efficiency.

The role includes leading shifts from 2:00pm to 11:00pm, with a minimum 150 hours over 4 weeks, and opportunities for development within a supportive team. An attractive hourly rate plus tips is offered.

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one Join our Rajinda Pradesh team as a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. You'll lead and develop junior staff, maintain standards and support management in driving efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Your working hours

• Full-time contract, shifts fall between 2:00pm to 11:00pm.
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period.
• You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
