Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited’s Toby Carvery Downlands is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the branded menu.

You will train chefs, drive targets, manage ordering, prep and stock control, and help your team comply with health and hygiene standards. This role offers a pathway to progression within a busy, guest‑facing kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training staff.
• Passion for delivering great food and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage food ordering, prep, and stock control.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery - Downlands you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.
