Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Brentwood is seeking a Sous Chef for the Golden Fleece - Harvester. You will lead a kitchen section, train and motivate your team, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control while ensuring brand standards.

You will manage health and hygiene compliance and step up in the Head Chef's absence, delivering great food and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and inspiring a team.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
• Comfort with working on a branded menu and maintaining hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.
• Oversee compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
