Job summary

Greene King’s Farmhouse Inns is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader who will drive high standards of food and service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure every dish meets the brand’s quality expectations.

You’ll motivate colleagues, manage busy periods with calm efficiency and help uphold safety and hygiene standards across the kitchen. A strong team player with a passion for great food will thrive in this role.
