Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, at Toby Carvery Wakefield, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train chefs, manage branded menus, and drive team targets to deliver great meals.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
