Job summary

The Goat is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead the team, ensure meals align with our branded menu, and drive performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Proven track record in managing food ordering and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
