Saltdean Tavern in Brighton is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen people are proud of. You will lead, train, and develop our kitchen team while helping to deliver great food and flawless service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train chefs and kitchen staff.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering.
• Familiarity with health and hygiene regulations.
